No filament is being fed

Hi,

after the first prints in PLA were successful yesterday, I wanted to print in PETG today. I have exchanged the filament according to the following instructions Replacing filament | Bambu Lab Wiki

I have set the nozzle to 250°C, but no filement is being fed - not even PLA. What could be the reason for this?

This is how the beginning of the filament looks like after the unsuccessful attempt. The printer pulls in about 1cm, but then just rattles and doesn’t pull any further

you may have a clog i will link the wiki that may help i would suggest staring with cold pulls if it wont feed through try getting it to feed in as much as you can then heat the nozzle to 250c then try feeding again after that set the nozzle temp to 100c then when its at 100c pull it slowly and us the retraction on the unit at the same time.
