I am getting no responses from Bambu or the courier in the UK (XDP). Two ‘confirmed’ delivery dates come and gone but nothing. Now all I am getting are repeated ‘At delivery depot’ messages
What are my options now apart from waiting and hope for the best ? I ordered April 8 so not even sure I could do a chargeback at this point, plus it isn’t really fraud per-se … It’s just ‘sh××××’ customer service at this point.
If the depot is not too far from your place I would just go there and pick it up.
I feel your pain, I have felt it many times myself.
For me it has always been DPD.
That is one of many.
Bambu Lab have the unfortunate habit of blaming the victim and then lying about actions the actions they never perform.
I had to get police involved in one incident.
Bambu Lab sometimes ask for proof of non-delivery, how is that even possible.
Be annoying and annoy often.
You are the victim.
I just need to keep an eye on the date. Don’t want to miss the time limit for a chargeback.
I paid with Gift Cards, they have you by the short and curlies at that point.
Was delivered an hour earlier than advertised … so there’s that …
