Thanks for the note. Also the customer service from my ticket said my latch is closed in correctly.
In your video, you push the latch with 1 finger and closes. In all of my 3 previous heating assemblies, this was the case.
I wish I could post the video of how I mangled the latch I got with this defective heating assembly. I had to muscle it into its place witch great force using pliers.
The way I closed it first was how I thought it would close. Looking at his photo, I squeezed it in the middle and flow control is achieved, but I would have liked to have the heating assembly I got replaced as it is defective at the latch area.
