I’ve seen this before but don’t recall a solution. Ideas?
More information is needed. Ideally, you should upload the 3MF file to the forum.
There could be many possible causes: slight differences in layer height that are barely visible to the naked eye. A gap in your 3D model - too many unknowns, not enough information.
Normally, everything should be aligned in one direction.
I’m guessing that your 3D model just has a gap there - a tiny one, not visible - the edges aren’t connected properly - but that’s really just a guess. Maybe something went wrong during the export or the design process.
This this the bottom layer of your print? Normally you see this when there is a problem with the model geometry.
Could be. I did a lot of vector design that had narrow lines before exporting the svg file. I setup for down facing and adjusted the first layer from .5mm to .25mm to help fill gaps. It did help the gaps but the result is the multi-angle print. I’ll test further. It could be the problem.
Thanks. I test more and consider up loading the 3mf file.
