Overhangs are bad, help

i have 2 P1P printers, A is about 3 months older than B. B has an AMS
i have been noticing overhang issues on B recently, so i finally had time to do an overhang test on both printers. As expected, A is pretty flawless, B is bad. I even tried a different filament color (via AMS) and it was equally bad.

Question - is this a clog? printer B is newer, and while i’ve printed several multicolors, they have all been tiny prints or had very few layers. Should i just skip to changing the print head OR is there something else i should try first? Note that all slicing settings are the same on both tests, in both photos, printer A is left, and B is right.
