Hello everyone,

Hello everyone,

Couple of ideas…
Are you sure you need that wide of a brim? A thinner brim might help.
Does the part fit on the plate diagonally? That might spread the “pressure” on the plate more uniformally.
I hoped the brim makes the adhesion better, but i might make it a little smaller.
If i cut the piece it probably would, but there is a curve on the edge.
Do u thing it is normal for the print to warp so much? Or is it just bad modeling from my side?
To be honest, I rarely use the textured plate due to the type of prints I usually do so I am not 100% sure of how it normally reacts.
Though more experienced people here may chime in, I can’t see where the model is at fault.
I know on other printers, people use those black binding clips to hold down the plate. Though it is not necessary with the Bambu, I am not even sure there is room to do that where the clip won’t interfere with the movement.
I would try to max out the brim at no more than 10 layers to start with. That would be the easiest quick fix. See how that works out.
EDIT: I just realized you have a P1P, maybe there is room for those binding clips.
Make sure the part is not cooled down too much, which is quite difficult to achieve without enclosure.
PETG is printed at higher temperatures and cooling it down too quickly during printing will always cause warping.
Yeah, I am trying to print enclosure haha.
Clamps, will try to do those. Thanks!
Use some cardboard to cover/enclose the printer temporarily.
i had PETG cracking up layers from too fast printing and cooling. now with the ARC enclosure i have around 40°C chamber temperature which solved the issue. you can try to print it in silent mode at 50% speed so 50mm/s to test if this is the issue
