Possibly damaged my P1P

Well I really messed up. Put a print on before I left this morning, but didnt notice some magnets from my desk has stuck to the bottom of my high temp plate. So when I got back the print hadn’t gotten past the level stage because the nozzle dug into the plate and gouged it and the magnets left an indent in the heat bed. So not sure what I messed up or what to do. Did a calibration and tried a print and it was clearly not great, some was fine but some was messed up definitely not printing like it was before (perfect) Not sure how to diagnose what I broke or how to fix, did I bend the print head? Do I need a new heat bed now? Did I tweak the whole gantry?

From the look of it, you will need a new build plate, but the damage on the heatbed should not be a problem. The buildplate should cover it up without much of a problem unless you managed to bend the entire headbed, not just scratch it.
The nozzle though has a big chance of being bent, and you should have a look if it is.
The rest of the toolhead usually is not affected and neither the gantry as the nozzle is the weakest part and will deform first, but a visual inspection of the printhead should still be done.
