Print Bed not Heating

I unboxed my p1p, but unfortunately the print bed won’t heat. It’s been taking about 6 days for them to respond to my service tickets. I have checked all my connections, and everything is plugged in tight. I’m getting 55 ohms reading from my power supply. Though, still no heating. Any suggestions would be appreciated, and/or is there anyway to get them to respond to service tickets faster? 6 days is a long time out.

What bed type have you choosen in Bambi Studio ?
For whatever reason the standard setting is cool plate - will not be heated, change to Textured PEI plate
What is the display telling you ? There should be some numbers regarding set and actual temperature

I had the settings correct. The problem was a connection. I did eventually find the unplugged wire, it was very short, and I couldn’t see the connection from how I was working on it. Thank you for your reply though.

Where was the wire? I have been printing on a P1P for 2 weeks now and now my bed wont heat up at all

I had a similar issue. It looks like the wire is down under the bed. Im pretty sure its for the temp sensor and is a yellow wire.

Any tips on how to access any wires that might be loose and causing bed to not heat ?
Where is the yellow wire and how do you get at it ?
My bed all of a sudden shows 0 degrees centigrade and printer will not print.
Odd thing is it was showing 0 degrees previously yet it printed (TPU). When I changed to PLA is when it quit.
