Print Cancelled, but why and by what?

I can confirm that downgrading to the previous firmware release does not have this fault. So it isn’t Bambu Studio, just the firmware.

Thanks, downgrading firmware to see what happens.

Since the problem happened to me, I’ve printed multiple long jobs (7 and 11 hours) without a problem. Unfortunately, Bambu support aren’t much help. They claim I didn’t upload the logs (I remember selecting it via the print job method, in the Android app) and that it’s hard to diagnose problems via the log anyway… Then let me read my own logs!

In my case the culprit was using the timelapse. I tried the print again without it and it worked.

I have had multiple long prints since my previous reply without issues, including a reprint of the same model that I had an issue with. Still on firmware 01.07.00.00 and bambu 1.10.1.50

Just had the same issue. firmware 01.07.00.00.
No errors or messages in HMS.

Same issue the past week. It’s happen 4 times now. P1. Happened both print to and send to printer. Will work for a print or two. Different files but also will print fine then fail half way thru printing something that has already printed fine.

I changed my SD card to a high endurance card, have another 50ish hours without the same issue.

Perhaps this is another sign of a corrupted SD card

Okay, downgraded firmware and printed without error. Will update if something changes, but for now I’m chalking this up to a firmware issue.

Was the time-lapse function switched on?

Yes it was actually. I have printed multiple prints now with it enabled and no issues. Just finished printing two print jobs, one was around 3 hours, and the other one was around 8 with the time-lapse disabled for both and no issues.

In the same vain, I have time lapse turned off 100% of the time and still have had this happen.

How long was your print job?

Today the same happened to me.

Printer: P1S
Printer Firmware: 01.07.00.00
Bambu Studio: 1.10.1.50
SD Card: SanDisk Ultra 32 GB
Timelapse: was disabled
Total Print Job Time: about 1h 50m

Happened during a HueForge print about 2/3 or 3/4th in the print.
Checked the IPCAM Video in the SD Card and it happened in the middle of the printing process. So not during a color change or such.

Living in an area where we usually never have power issues. I haven’t experienced them in 20-30 years and my A1 Mini kept printing without an issue so I would say that it was definitely not a power issue.

Submitted a ticket with the log files and a video.

13.5 hours of a 17 hour job it failed. I’ve done several 10+ hour prints now with a new SD card and no failure

Been printing all day and the same thing, I walked away for 1 minute to come back with the AMS lights flashing and the nozzle is still touching the model. Was not using time-lapse and i sent the print from my computer like I have been doing.
Machine: P1S + AMS
Stock SD card: Yes
Bambu Lab Slicer Version: 1.10.1.50
P1 Firmware version: 01.07.00.00
Approximate layer number where it failed: 162/228
Approximate time elapsed between print start and failure: 31 mins

Started the same print over. We shall see how it goes.

Same issue here. Print “canceled” after ~2 hours for no reason. I was not recording timelapse.

After this happened, Bambu Studio could no longer show me the SD card content (loading forever). So I plugged the SD card into a Windows Computer and chkdsk reported file system errors. Switched to a new SD card for now…
