robotgrepp3step.3mf (510.6 KB)
HI,Thank you I upploaded it now.
could you able to see it
Having the .3mf helps a lot.
I think the problem is that the interior of the tube is too close to the outer wall, which becomes thinner than a single line width, so the wall cannot be printed for two or three layers.
Using the Arachne wall generator helps print thin walls, but even that still leaves a hole.
A 0.2 nozzle might be able to print the model without holes, but that part of the wall will be thin and weak. It would be best to change the model so that the interior of the tube is better centered and the wall is thickerâŚ
Hallo,
die Nozzle ist nicht schief und der Druck des um 180 Grad gedrehten Objektes hat funktioniert. Ich musste fßr den Druck allerdings das Filament wechseln, so dass sich zwei Faktoren geändert haben.
Danke
Matthias
Thank you for your support!
Servus,
fßr mich schaut das eher aus wie ein Schrittverlust an einem der beiden Motoren. Daher ist die Wand auch im selben Verhältnis nach hinten und links oder vorne und rechts verschoben.
Hauptsache es läuft wieder !

Hello,
Iâm printing a pistachio bowl 4 by EPIQ3D that I found on makerworld, but while printing my 3D printer(A1 mini) makes this weird rattling sounds. This sound is coming from the nozzle scraping on the print, but I donât know if that can happen because of wet filament(that warped somehow because of the wetness?) or because something is set wrong or both. I used the predefined settings by the creator for the print. I printed other stuff beforehand and I never heard this sound till now.
I know that my filament is probably wet because the print quality is not very good. Especially on the ribs of the print. I never printed something this big with my white filament. Other filaments I have donât have this issue.
I would attach video of the sound or atleast sound file but I cannot. I also cannot upload any picture of the print.
Thank you for your answers beforehand.

Quite possible. At least, this is easy to eliminate as a possible root cause by drying the filament or using a definitely dry roll (i.e. straight from the dryer).
Try changing the sparse infill to cubic or gyroid.
That project uses grid infill, which lays down a line of filament and then crosses it at right angles on the same layer, so the nozzle hits the first line at each crossing. For small models the crossing may not matter as the first line is still soft. The larger the model, the more the crossing becomes a problem as the first line has had more time to cool and harden.

Yup! I donât even bother with grid anymore because itâs caused so many failures with my A1.
Hiya, I couldnât find a similar topic so maybe this is the right way? Unfortunately, I have no pictures.
Iâve had it a couple of times now that my prints fail halfway. What happens is that the first layer suddenly lets go of the plate and then gets moved around alongside all the strings. If I print another design, nothing goes wrong.
Is there a reason why my first layer lets go of the plate prematurely? Is my plate dirty and if so, what is the best way to clean it? My previous printer used spray-glue (3D-lac I believe?), is that something I can use as well?

There are multiple factors that can influence that, such as bed temperature, material and itâs quality (and such things like moisture content), model properties, even infill used.
Thanks, I will try the normal dish soap. Ironically, the recommended brush is the brush I use for the dishes (will grab a new one, though)
Hey guys, every time I try to print my own ball bearing fidget, the balls either get stuck to the fidget or break off. Iâve tried adjusting the brim and support settings but nothing seems to work. Does anyone know how to print ball bearings?
I have no idea what has happened to my a1 mini it keeps failing Iâve taken so many tutorials to try and fix it but nothing will help if you please have any advice please let me know
Have you dried your filament?
No but I have just got a new roll of filament
you can´t have followed mutch tutorials!
one of the most common advices is to dry your filment even though if it is brand new!
do that first of all!!!
New filament can come wet, you can use an oven or dehydrator to dry if you donât have a drier
