Can you also explain why I was asked to fill in a CyberBrick survey on the promise of a gift and have not heard back about despite a promise to check my email and then provide the “gift”?
It is concerning how many promises are made and fail to be fulfilled.
I know there is talk of a better way coming, but it doesn’t fix the existing ones.
I was asked Friday to complete the survey, I did that morning, it is now 5 days later and still no response.
How long does it take to check an email?
There was no notice saying “we will do this in two weeks”, it never suggested a delay.
Annoying.
Always with the lack of communication.
