Printhead 'ran' over shallow 'obstacle' by mistake Damage?

Hi, I am obviously a novice to the X1C. I had to abort a multi-color print (first layer defects) and since this was my first multi-color print I missed to remove the wipe-tray/test tray in the back. I started a new print and the nozzle head ‘bumped’ over it during the rear part of the flow calibration, Fortunately I was there and heard the clanking sound and stopped the print. Did this result in any damege or alignment problems? I ran a bunch more prints since then and couldn’t see any imperfections. But my previous printer was so inferior that I got sort of lax about print quality and am now enjoying high quality output. Should I be worried? How can I tell if something is off?
Thanks.

It seems the most common result of “hitting” something on the build plate is that the nozzle bends at the heat break.

But if the printer is printing well you may have gotten lucky. Fingers crossed.
