So, I repeated the test today. I did it with PETG because I don’t have much of that PLA left. No drying, no bed cleaning. It did the auto-bed levelling at the start of the print.
The result was pretty much the same as my last picture. Almost perfect.
The problem is, I forgot how well PETG sticks to the plate and in some spots I ripped the sheet while taking it off.
@Foca If you’ve not done it yet, I would try to adjust the eddy current sensor and see if it makes a difference.
You should definitely enable autocalibration before the print until you have this cleared out.
When you do flow rate calibration, and if you watch the test do you see the first layer and top layer consistent? I found that may first layer require more flow then the top. And I do pause the test when the first layer is done and then make a picture for comparison later. I see 1-2 steps/patches difference between the top and bottom. Maybe you can try like that and make sure to choose solid patch from the first layer, and enable autocalibration before the print?
@JamboBambu , I am now turning on every single pre calibration before to print. I did that try and my first layer was ALMOST perfect. There are some gaps between the lines still in the left back corner.
I had the same first-layer issue on the X2D. I ran a bunch of different tests and eventually solved it using the Z-offset. The photo shows a comparison between the standard 0 setting and a Z-offset of -0.01 (using Bambu PLA Basic). In my case, -0.012 completely fixed the problem. I set this value in the G-code because the printer only allows adjustments in 0.01 increments.
Mine also seems to be muuch better with manual Z offset -0.01 from the menu. And with -0.02 I am having hard times to remove the PLA parts from the plate :D.
