Prints from the wrong spool

When I tell my X1C to print from spool #2, it prints from spool #4, and visa versa. I’ve double checked it, to make sure I wasn’t just selecting the wrong one, but I’m not. Anyone else ever seen this problem? Any idea what the problem might be?

Do you doublecheck the selected filament before hitting send, the last screen sometimes does its own thing. Has the AMS been apart? The wires could be crossed Replacing the AMS first stage feeder | Bambu Lab Wiki (step 5 has the diagram).

I have ALSO seen this happen. I had slot 1 set up with some clear PETG translucent. I had slot 2 set up with white PETG basic. Since there’s no “clear” color option from the touchscreen I just selected white for A1. But slot one was definitely set up as PETG Translucent and slot 2 was set up as PETG Basic.

This AMS has not been apart.

I went to print this model, using clear translucent PETG from slot A1.

I clearly remember selecting A1 for the filament in Studio, and I remember seeing A1 as the selected spool in the print dialog. I’ve printed many models thus far, so I’m pretty confident on how to select colors and spools.

To my dismay somehow either Bambu Studio or the AMS decided to use slot A2 to print it? Makes for a rather useless print to have it in solid white, but I’ll live.

I’m guessing something got confused and thought it was ok to use whichever PETG in White it had available. I have not tried to repeat it.
