That is a pretty tricky print to get good results with.

If I were to print it, I would use a dedicated support material (PETG for PLA or even BVOH) with 0mm z-distance and a solid support interface.
The other thing I’d do differently is to use Adaptive Layer height, maybe even going below the 0.08 default minimum (can be set Printer profile settings). It’d take ages but adaptive layer height allows personal trade offs between z-resolution and time. Using Orca, combine infill with a maximum layer height of 60% nozzle diameter can also speed things up a bit.
