Bad news for those that haven’t got the offer via email, they sent me an answer to the anniversary filament offer that read something like… “Oh… you didn’t sign up for the news letter so we didn’t send you the offer”. And of course the offer didn’t mention a newsletter, just that they must have “the Email used to subscribe to Bambu Lab”. So they are weaseling out of the offer with very vague terms. They were also quick to mention that the time has expired to do so.
Definitely disappointed, but what else should I really have expected.
The e-,mail didn’t say it your right but if you had read on their site it sure in the hell did say subscribers of the news letter. Here:

They weren’t weaslling out you just decided to not go and research the offer.
I’m over it, I’ve set my expectations for the company a lot lower and will treat any future dealings appropriately.
BTW, in the email they used to explain their reason for backing out, they couldn’t find the word newsletter, and referenced that. They sent me a screen shot that said what I put on the previous post (“subscribe to Bambu Lab”). So I wouldn’t doubt that something was updated after the fact on that page, but again, I’m done with it. They can keep the handout.
