Repeated Delivery issues to Switzerland

There are a few people that have the exact same problems with delivery to switzerland at the moment, you can read through this other Thread. So far I am waiting for my printer for over 4 Weeks. Very disappointing customer service!

This is really, really a silly situation… One problem can happen, but we are too many people to call this a normal problem. It’s unprofessional and show an incredible lack of knowledge if not a complete incompetence. Customs fees were not invented yesterday. Switzerland is in Europe but not in the EU. This doesn’t ring a bell in your mind? It’s not so hard to understand… If they dont resolve it in a couple of days i’ll ask for a complete refound too.
