Replacement hotend (Stainless 0.4mm) includes a pair of screws

Hi all!
I have ordered a new 0.4mm stainless A1 (-mini) hotend.
In the delivered package is, besides the hotend itself, a pair of screws in a tiny bag.

Question: What is the purpose of these screws?

No purpose I know of. I just threw them into the parts kit.
