Require user to troubleshoot before rating

I’m not sure whether this request should be here, Bambu Handy or Bambu Studio

Multiple designers already noted issues with ratings, some of them got “solved” by requiring description, however there’s still room to improve in order to avoid unnecessary (and often invalid) bad ratings, depending on reason user chose for rating lower than 4 stars:

  1. Bed adhesion issue - If the user selected this reason, force the user to go through Bambu Lab Textrued PEI Plate Cleaning Guide | Bambu Lab Wiki and recently created Washing your plate is important! – and ideally do not allow this rating to the print profile unless the profile customized settings that might have caused bed adhesion issues (so eg lowering plate temperature or disabling brim)
  2. Support issue - This would require a check of the model - for example if the model has steep overhangs and there’s no supports - sure, but if model doesn’t have steep overhangs why user shouldn’t be able to select this as an issue. Generally “support issue” should only be an option when there should be supports due to detected overhangs and supports aren’t enabled OR when supports are enabled.
  3. Strength issue - This should IMHO only apply to profiles that aren’t made by model designer, which have lower infill % and/or lower wall count. The item as designed by designer has usually all the strength required. If the designer didn’t add a profile, then strength issue should be only reportable when the infill of choice is different than default.
  4. Missing Model Parts - I haven’t seen that one in use, but I imagine this should only be available to be selected if the user had printed successfully all the plates.

Another thing would be response requirement: any 3-star and below rating should require both parties to discuss the issue within certain timeframe and I’d suggest a timeframe that’s usual for online sales: 14-days. Here’s the scenario I’m suggesting:
User rates 3-stars or below with a valid issue (so no bed adhesion issues  ) - the designer has limited time to respond otherwise rating stays. If the designer responds, then the user has limited time to respond otherwise the rating gets removed (or turned into a comment). After “troubleshooting” period if the user hasn’t changed the rating to “good” one or the designer hasn’t updated the profile to address the issues, then what to do with rating should depend on validity of the rating, judged independently.

I think such changes should alleviate most issues designers have with invalid ratings and the addition of build plate maintenance into issue-reporting flow would have positive end-result for users.
