Retroactive 20% discount on accessories

So the 8th April shipment is the “second shipping time?”

First shipment time for non-laser was launch day, that’s why a lot of people already received their H2Ds.

But I only got the h2d-combo…

Yes…if you didn’t buy it early enough it would’ve been in the April 8th batch of shipments.

Oh… understandable (I mean… I’ve been waiting for a XL Bambu since about 1 year - so that week doesn’t matter thattt much… ig)

There’s no where to determine when they get printers in. However, I was given a ~4/4 ship date, but it shipped a week early and I will receive it 4/3.

So they replied to my ticket and pretty much calling me a liar telling me “However, according to our information, the CA store’s add-on section has been functioning normally since the H2D launch.”

You would think after dropping 4k on a printer they would give you some common courtesy.

You would think… but from my experiences and all the things I’ve seen here from other people, they don’t try to dazzle anyone with their customer service… except the big Youtubers.

My discount ticket is going slightly better than yours. After a week they responded and asked me if I wanted a voucher for a discount on the “add-on” deals. I asked if it could be a generic discount since I already have two high flow nozzles, 4 AMS power plugs and the Vision plate. They wrote back and said unfortunately not. I’ll have to figure out what exactly it’s tied to once I get it.

I’m in the US, but the “it didn’t even happen” thing in CA worries me. I don’t see any way to make a wiki-like tracker, so I made a one-option poll here to track who didn’t get offered a discount.

At first when i added the H2D there were zero add-on available. As I was looking and deciding on laser/non-laser I saw some items pop up. I got the discount but only on hot ends and encoder plate. The filament and smooth PEI were not available.

That’s progress at least. I would like to get some more add-ons.

So you just submitted a ticket and you got a reasonable CSR? Did you say anything special?

Same here, and I didn’t want to push my luck. Ordered those accessories immediately after and put in a ticket. I then took more time and ordered more stuff, but didn’t request on the additional stuff. Next big order will be AMS HT + Discounted Filament.

I dont think they will give you the full filament discounts with the AMS HT, only with printers. Just checked its 30% off PLA and 20% off engineering filament, not bad but you can get a similar discount with bulk purchase of 4 rolls. The original 40% off with printer was nice.

They replied to me today:

If there were any issues when you made the purchase, could you provide us with any screenshots or recordings from that time for our reference?"

Basically they are calling me a liar. Not only should I be recording unboxing of the machine but also recording the screen while I place the order. :joy:

PS: On a positive note they shipped my printer but … its coming from BC instead of the Ontario depot and … its by fedex ground! Thats a 4500 KM trip. Will be loaded and unloaded a bunch of times. I give it a 50-50 chance of arriving safely.
