Where would I go to get support with my Bambu A1 printer? The first layer is okay, spotty in parts, and then the second layer rips up the first layer. I have washed it twice with dish detergent to no effect. What is my next step?

What brand of filament are you using? Can you provide pictures of when the issue happens?

But maybe the forum can help. With the A-series for example, it can occur that the print head screws are loose. Tightening them can resolve all kinds of issues.
For other issues, it is usually much easier with images. Since you reported a patchy first layer, it sounds like it may be a more classical 1st layer issue which then fails on the second layer.
Is the printer new? It can happen that new print plates need more and deep initial deep degreasing or a good heat soak. But it depends on the plate type.

The printer is fairly new. I have had it a short time and with a lot of initial problems, ,I have not had as many prints on it as I would have liked. This problem started a couple of months ago, and I was too busy/frustrated to deal with it then, still busy and frustrated, but I have too many print files coming in that I want done, so I have to push through this!
It may be something else, but I’d start with the screws in the printhead.
Definitely screws on the toolhead like Eno said. I think you’ve got “first layer issues” not second layer, for what the enhanced terminology is worth
