Order from 30.11. still nothing.
Almost 3 weeks, not a single sign. Opened a ticket - nothing.

Hey any news about how long shipping out of that warehouse took? my order is stuck there since thursday last week and i am loosing hope on printing xmas gifts

Dang, that’s kinda late to order anything expecting it to arrive by Christmas, let alone arrive and start making Christmas gifts.

Thats true but the day before my old printer broke and the website stated in stock. i was expecting the package to arrive at the 14th.
It’s generally, in regular times, two to three days after placing the order that it gets a shipping label, then shipped. Then 3-5 days for shipping to deliver.
Ordering on the 11th and getting on the 14th is Amazon prime territory right there.
in the german speaking part of the forum people are complaining after two or three days if the goods have not been shipped yet it is really funny sometimes. 
i have only received a reply to my ticket after several days: it is the same standard reply as it is already here in the topic.

I ordered my printer on Nov 24th and it hasn’t arrived yet. Worse still, it says everywhere it won’t be delivering it until after Dec 13th - I was okay with this - but then on December 2nd, a mysterious third package is ‘delivered’ on their website, but I never got an email, never got a package, and I can’t look at what’s in it or anything about it. When I use their support bot, I just get a page not found.
Worst of all, on Paypal they only listed two orders so it looks like it was completed already cause they sent filaments and hotends in the two different orders but the first order with the 3d printer supposedly never arrived. It just says its done. I’ve submitted a ticket but no reply. Then their webpage stopped working and all my account information vanished and so I submitted another ticket. But there’s nothing I can do. I don’t even know if they are going to send me the 3d printer or if their system has glitched out and they think they sent it. This is really frustrating because this was a Christmas present for my son and he’s 10 and super excited about this and now I’m legitimately not sure if my order has fallen into some crack because of a bug on their webpage or what. How are they going to send me the order if they have it written down the order was already sent and I can’t get a human to look at any of this? They even sent me an email on the 13th saying the order has been delayed – even though it says they delivered it on the 2nd. It makes no sense. I’ve been watching for this like a hawk.
Kinda freaking out right now. I shouldn’t have bought this 3d printer cause we’re poor. but I really wanted my son to learn to use it since it’s kind of his thing and I thought it would be worth the ouch. But not like this…
