At launch, the reason for the large cost for delivery was explained as due to it requiring a two-person delivery service.
As I have mentioned multiple times, they later removed this warning.
As I also mentioned, as they have made sure the way back machine cannot archive their site, we cannot show this is what they did. They removed this archiving after they were previously caught out rewriting history and denying users their rights as granted at the time of purchase.
Google it, it was a big mess for them, especially when they were caught out.
All your points about no such thing as a two-man service being offered fall over because, yes they did.
When they removed the wording, the price remained the same.
I also said, the only ones who are affected are those with the original wording.
It is challenging to choose between the dozen delivery companies in the UK that offer this service.
