I got mail yesterday morning, ONE item in my order got shipping booked!!!
(I ordered the X1CC and the shrinkly dualside PEI thingy that PetGâs apparantly favor)

My X1CC arrived yesterday. So 2 days from DE to NL and 5 days after receiving the shipping label. And its amazing 
Just in case somebody did not get the news, essecially whoâs not from Germany.
There is a strike at Deutsche Post and DHL from yesterday to the End of today, almost no packages will be processed. Therefor all the shippments will get a Delay of 1-2 Days.
My X1CC is currently stuck at Saulheim⌠

I ordered it on 27 December, and i dont remember if was early Feb or end of Feb the delivery.

ordered 7th january still doesnât received the final payment email 
is it normal ? when pre ordered it was saying by the end of january Im from Canada

I ordered Jan 10 and havent had any of my emails responsed to, would just be nice to have some sort of contact.
what did they shop say when you ordered ? End Jan ? This is when the hardware is supposed to arrive. Did you receive the final payment advice already =?

Looks like Bambulab doesnât respect the order of the commands at all. Some from same EU store ordered their printer 1 month before me and they have already received it in the last few days.
I would love to know what is going on.
Yea same seen some people ordered same day of me in same region and they already have itâŚme i still got no news about final payment
idem for me. still not received the mail for final payment.
I would say also Iâm quite frustrated between the delay of sending a request to the support team and the delay of response. 2-3 days is quite long, even if they have lots of demands.
The worst about the responses (for me so far) is the lack of precisions or details or context about my proper order. Itâs always super general response about any generic demand with typical âout of stockâ, âsorry for delayâ, etcâŚ
If Bambulab wants to keep the momentum, they will need to improve the all communication.
