My order is stuck in the void at DHL. No updates since Saturday and bambulab support gives a ■■■■. I guess just open a PayPal complaint to get the money back is the only way to do something.

Something I find odd is the difference of ETA between X1 models; how is it possible to get a delay of END of MARCH for an X1C and MID FEB for a X1CC ? To my knowledge, the printer is identical and only the AMS is added to the X1CC. Am I missing something ?

Your package is not void, it is at customs. Mine has been there since saturday without a change in the shipment status. I think we have to wait…

Why would it be in customs if it is shipped from a German warehouse and I live within Germany, that would make no sense unless Bambulab lied about the printer being shipped from a German warehouse.
Maybe strikes at DHL could be a reason…

Heute geliefert worden… also genau 3 Tage.

I don’t know about how things are in Europe but here in the US I think we have been spoiled over the last 10 years by Amazon and their 2-day delivery. Companies cannot just snap their fingers and have something on our doorsteps in 5 minutes. Logistics is a very complex machine. In 2021 I had to wait three extra months for a vehicle that I ordered from Germany. That was partly because of the chip shortage. But with things that come from other countries you have to wait for ships to be unloaded and so forth and so on.
I’m one day out from Chicago with both FedEx and UPS. So when I order LEGO they come from Chicago very quickly. But all LEGO orders in Canada and the US are shipped from Chicago. So if you live in LA or British Columbia you’re going to have to wait a lot longer than I do.
I’m sure that Bambu Labs is doing its best. Give them a break and be patient.

I just wish you could sort out your issues regarding outstanding invoices, I’ve had a printer with spares on order for months. Even after contacting your team via support and many emails I’ve yet to get the ability to even PAY! Seems you have enough business. I probably don’t need to mention that I already have 4 printers which I had to go through this for each. (I’m happy I got them even though only 2 of the four is actually working) I’ve not got a single successful print from those two printers in 2 months. Yes I’m working with support but I’m getting no-where

Any updates about a closer guess about a shipping date for the x1 carbon with ams placed in February at the beginning of the month?
Mine is still in California but says it will be here Friday, 2/10/23. Although, I am not really expecting it until Saturday or maybe Monday, 2/13/23. It has moved from Commerce, CA to Cerritos, CA since Monday.
That being said, IN MY SINGLE EXPERIENCE, I WOULD GUESTIMATE the US delay from the time you pay full, until you get your tracking number to be about 2 weeks +/- 2 days to ship. Then depending on where you are in relation to their warehouse in California, anywhere from 1-5 days ship time. Keep in mind, the Lunar/Chinese New Year (a public holiday) was from the 1/22-1/29 and Bambu Labs did say they were experiencing longer ship times as a result.
I will post another update when it is delivered.
Coincidentally, I ordered some eSun filament and it is also at the same Cerritos, CA facility. Must be a Chinese 3D printing warehouse around there somewhere.
With the X1CC, the AMS is packed inside of the box. You are not receiving two parcels when you order the X1CC, just one. When I ordered, I just order the set separately, since it was available like that. It was a bit more expensive, but available,.

I have a question about experience with delivery times in Germany.
I ordered my second X1C combo on February 7 and of course I am waiting anxiously again. (ETA: end of February)
I ordered the first combo on January 2, paid for it on January 13, and it was delivered right after that on January 17. At that time, end of January was specified as ETA.
Is it predictable or just luck how long this process takes?

I received my carbon X1 today in Minnesota. It came by UPS. Second AMS unit is supposed to come via FedEx tomorrow.

Ordered my X1CC on 09FEB2023. Will provide updates when I receive them. Shipping to central Texas.

I ordered my X1 Carbon Combo on January 30th and haven’t heard anything yet.
Shipping to Germany. I hope I get the payment request soon
