Tracking update says delivery 16FEB23. Actually shows in transit as well.

I had a chat with the support and at least for my order they say, that there will be a delay and payment mail will be sent around 20th of February.

So rather end of February as ETA I guess
(I ordered a X1 CC from the EU store on 2023-01-28 with ETA mid FEB at that time).

UPS shows itā€™s in transit and they have it but it hasnā€™t left LAā€¦ waiting patiently.

Just got a shipping update from UPS, looks like they are claiming it will now be delivered tomorrowā€¦.we shall see.

I ordered from February 7, ETA end of February (Germany, too). So far I have not received any request for payment. Which ETA was specified with you?

Mid February, I ordered on January 30th.

Since ETA still says End of February even for new orders, I donā€™t think it should take too long for you.

I ordered my bambulab x1c combo on the 29th of january and got my payment email this morning. I live in the Netherlands. I had a chat with customer service and they said that after payment is due shipping will take 3 to 10 working days.
