Ordered a X1 Carbon Combo on Feb 20 2023, received invoice Feb 22 2023, got UPS tracking Feb 23, at 7am local, will update when printer hits my house.

Ordered X1 Carbon Combo on Feb 21st when it was set for Early March in the US. Looks like it’s updated to mid March. Fingers crossed it’s a quick turn. I know folks waited longer, so not complaining, just curious to know if anyone else ordered in the US around the same time. Looking forward to joining the Fam!

Hello All, I’m not exactly new to 3d printing I have had a few bed slingers… Currently using a cr10 smart pro, I’m printing a full size replica of R2D2 and have been printing him for months… day in and day out. I’m exited and cant wait to receive my X1 Carbon with AMS ordered on 2/23/20023 no ship date yet but I’m sure it will be any day. Troy / Seattle WA.
I ordered and full paid on 26.02.2023 (no preorder) up to now I have no shipping information received. Is that normal? (Germany)
Now I have an update from Bambilab.
At the time when I have ordered the printer there stand: end of feb. now they told me, it’s early march.
I paid the “x1 Carbon Combo” the same day as you 26.02.2023,
same situation, delivery time was “end of feb”, I sent a couple of emails … but no answer.
they can’t afford a customer service line??
not even a phone to answer the questions???

Today they told me they don’t have stock…
I won’t receive it until the end of March. They’re quick to take the money though!! What a bunch of thieves. When I was making the payment, I was supposed to receive it at the end of February… Once you’ve paid, several days later they inform you that you have to wait a MONTH!!

In the US. Ordered Feb 19th when it said early March, just got a tracking number today, Mar 4.
Tracking # for Seattle WA today 3/4/2023. They said early March… A better line of communication would help customers through the month wait.
