Today i received my shipment notification in Germany.
Ordered and paid completely: 26.02.2022
I think, the printer will arrive on Tuesday.
Hello, did you get tracking directly from Bambu Labs or was it from DHL? I ordered on Feb 21st, and today got a random DHL notification from something coming out of Hong Kong, but nothing from Bambu. I assumed it would come from the US, or might be something someone else ordered in my fam/office.
Directly from BambuLabs (Status: Fullfilled).
Donāt worry guys⦠there seems to be a delay⦠I ordered mine on 02/14 and received the P1P on 03/04 ⦠so around 2 1/2 week.
i ordered on 3/3, they took my money, it said delivery in Mid-March. I have heard nothing, including no response to a ācontact usā message. Now the website says late-March. Is this for orders coming in now or for orders already placed.
It would be nice if they kept us in the loop about when a delivery will be made and/or have some of page with a table: Order Date | Expected Delivery Date
I hope if I there are issues with the printer, the tech support is better than the sales support as this is not very encouraging.
I ordered mine on 2/22. It shipped on 3/4.- but has been on origin scan since 3/5 with no updates. UPS had sent me a notification saying it would be delivered today this morning however it never came. I checked the tracking again and it is still on origin scan. I called UPS to see what is going on and they said the package is lost. I have e-mailed bambu as well but I am yet to receive a response.
Has anyone else had a similar experience to this?
Update here. āMiraculouslyā after calling UPS for the box sitting in one place for ages. They kept saying it was lost, but then a couple hours later they updated the time to another week out, and it has had 3 different location scans since.
Just updating here in case it is helpful to someone else. UPS doesnāt have any sort of anomaly tracking in their system I guess and relies on people to call customer service to actually figure out why things are not moving.
Iām with you. I ordered 3/3 and still no update. The money has already been taken, and the PEI sheet I ordered the same day has already been delivered. Even if the line stated awaiting shipment from manufacturer to port I feel itās more information and can be planned for. But the total lack of expected ship date is frustrating to say the least.
Ordered X1CC March 4, while it said mid march. Order some accessories the same day.
X1CC was shipped March 10, left Germany March 11 and is set to be delivered today (March 13)
Accessories were shipped March 7, left Germany March 8 and were delivered March 9.
This is the EU warehouse to the Netherlands.
Guess its moving quicker in EU. Ordered March 3 and still radio silence. Queries unanswered and no news on updated delivery date but āMid-Marchā is running out of time. Very frustrating.
The lack of any communication is very annoying, working in customer service myself, I know how easy it is to simply send an emailā¦
For what itās worth I ordered on 2/27 and received my printer yesterday 3/13. Shipment update notifications were accurate and wasnāt concerned with shipment updateās as i purchased knowing it would arrive mid march. Hopefully this will give some peace of mind - but sad to hear folks are not getting response from customer service
I ordered 4 days after you (3/3) and still have not received a shipping notification and no response to queries. If the math works, I should get the printer on Friday but that seems unlikely with no shipping notification yet.
What makes me most concerned is if the support, if needed, will be as bad at responding. Not getting information about shipping is an annoyance (I know it will get here eventually) but if there is an issue with no response, that would be a different story.
I get it. Very popular product that they are having issues keeping up with the orders. I donāt mind that at all. Well maybe a little bit. But charging my credit card the day I place the order and not providing any further status is a very unethical business practiceā¦
Just found this thread. I also ordered a printer first of march and sent in a order inquiry with absolutely no response. This is very troublesome, I was so looking forward to Bambu labs becoming an a great contributor to the 3d printing world, if they canāt even respond to simple inquiries they arenāt going to last long.
Order an X1CC on 3/6 in the US. Just got a tracking number this morning 3/15. Hoping everyone else who was left hanging got their tracking today too
I also got a tracking number this morning (ordered 3/3). They created a label but havenāt shipped yet. Hopefully later today a better update.
Yup, Bambu Lab sucks at communication on these machine orders and they need to figure out a better way of communicating with customers who are waiting with automated emails.
That being said, Iāve been on the forums for a couple months now and have yet to see someone say they didnāt receive their printer (and you know there would be angry people in this thread if that were the case).
Most are getting their printers right on time from the estimate on when they ordered, if not early. I also didnāt get any communication on mine (which was annoying) and it arrived way quicker than I thought it would.
Just hang tight. It will be worth the wait. And thankfully orders for filament and accessories donāt have the same issue. I get a shipping notification the day of or the day after and they arrive pretty quickly.
I ordered a X1C 3/10, think I got the last one before it rolled over to āLate Marchā timing for delivery. It shipped out two days ago, but has been stuck on āOrigin Scanā ever since in CA.
Itās a little concerning that Iāve seen several reports of these being ālostā by UPS, stuck at āOrigin Scanā for over a week until someone calls them. Strange to see several reports of that for the same item. How much time should I give it before I call UPS to track it down and ensure it gets on the way?
Bambu Lab is using a third party warehousing company to ship these (4PX Express in Commerce, CA - they seem to ship for a ton of brands, and quite a few 3D printing/filament brands).
I think stuff like filament/accessories is stocked there, so it usually ships the same day or next day.
But Iām pretty sure the printers are getting tracking numbers/labels affixed in bulk while they are still in China and get bulk origin scanned there. These labels have a return address of Commerce, CA so UPSā system thinks the printers are in the US waiting to be picked up, when they are really still in transit from China.
Then when the bulk shipment of printers finally gets to 4PX in the US a week later they get scanned again, UPS finally picks them up, and they start moving quickly. Seems like very large groups of people on the forum/reddit get big batches of printers all at once, and not sporadically.
Also would explain why the expected delivery dates seem to get pushed back 2 weeks at a time, waiting for the next batch to arrive stateside.
So personally I wouldnāt worry about it, as the āstuckā at origin phase seems to be pretty normal for all of us.
Congrats on the new printer. Itās worth the agonizing wait.
