Bambu only ships with FEDEX and their service is the worst I have ever seen.
In the US, Bambu Lab ships filament/accessories via FedEx. Printers via UPS.

Ordered on the 14/03 from germany, got my Payment request today for my X1C without AMS, ETA in the shop was end of march. Im excited

US order placed on 03/18 for X1C with end of March ETA, payment email received 03/24.

Hello I live in France, ordered the 17/03, and I got also my Payment request today.
X1C without AMS.
Accessories ordered the 19/03 delivered the 23/03
Ordered 3/12 7PM or by their standards 3/13 8am. US order no ship date but when ordering said late March so still not worried just wanted to give an update for timeline.
I ordered the x1 Combo on 03/10 and haven’t received any email; hopefully, I’ll get one next week.

I’m a little confused about a lot of these responses. I ordered my X1C on March 11th, and was charged that same day, with an ETA of end of March. It appears that everyone else who made their orders at that same time are getting payment emails now. Anyone know why some would pay at order, and others would pay closer to when the ETA date is?
I would ask them because only in-stock parts are fully due at time of order, in USA at least. I had to pay a deposit and shipping fee only (about $50) on printer pre-order with end of month ETA.
I paid full price for the X1CC in US when I ordered on 3/11. Also confused why some orders are pre-orders and some are full price at checkout

The X1 Carbon Combo was full price but the X1 Carbon was initially a preorder. I’m from the USA and I ordered my X1CC on March 7th but have yet to receive any details on shipping.
When you click on printers in the shop (when I ordered at least) I noticed there were two options. X1C printer alone showed you could just preorder with a deposit. The X1C combo (with AMS) you pay in full which is what I did just to get it out of the way. BTW, I ordered 3-11 and just received shipment notice today! 
US? I also ordered 3/11 but haven’t gotten an email yet

I think it depends where your at. Central USA I paid same day but I got the combo. Some of the others also got preorders which was just a deposit at the time until they were ready to ship.
Just got my tracking too and I ordered the 13th.
Orders appear to be flowing again. Mine just shipped from March 11.
They just arrive in big batches from China every 2 weeks or so. It’s been this way for a couple of months with large groups of people all getting shipping notifications at once. Current ETA for an order placed today is early April.
