I sent in a request with no response so I sent another in and got the message to stop sending in multiple requests!! F well then respond!!
Bambu you can understand why people feel like you are trying to pull something right? When you buy a lot of products but only receive 1 out of 10 rolls and our order shows as completed it feels like a scam. When no one answers our inquiries for weeks it feels like you donât care.
When every answer is response times are slow because of âBlankâ and that excuse keeps changing it feels like you donât value your customers.
When we spend hundreds or thousands of dollars and get no response it feels like a scam.
IF you have to split up an order fine BUT for the love of god give me a new order number for the stuff I STILL DONâT HAVE!
You are selling the product, you are responsible. Donât tell me third party blah blah blah its not my fault.
Did you take my money? Then yes the blame lies with you.
I ordered from their sale on Black Friday. It came in 2 seperate packagesâŚsurprisingly fast. Iâm still missing a high priced package of ALL my filament [bundle] and a plate. No tracking number just shows âgetting your order readyâ when i go to my shipments and the tab of âorders not shippedâ. I contacted customer service multiple times only to get the same response every time with no answers, âdue to high order volumes, weâre delayedâ. They have no clue how long it will take. I have part of my order and over $150 worth of merchandise that i kinda need to even use the orders I did luckily receive. Its a gift and they canât even say if it will be here by Christmas. If they are so backed up how did 2 of my orders arrive 3 days after ordering but a box of filament and a plate is held up for over a week and a half [and looking to be longer]? First time using this company and extremely frustrated.
They know they screwed up, yet the jumped back into another sale less than 24 hours after the last one.
That is causing further issues and they havenât fixed the issues from the first one.
Because BL refuses to enable the DPD deliver to the addressee only, three of my four packages were redirected to a pick up point, one never eft the depot and I managed to work out where another one they lost and claimed had been picked up actually went because DOPD had no idea!
They are not fit to run the logistics side of the business.
Short update. My P1S ordered on Nov 29 is now in transit and should arrive either today or tomorrow via DPD. I will briefly talk to the DPD driver if he knows about any issue that caused this huge shipping delay.
Further, I wrote some support tickets to Bambu support where I said that I will take legal action if there is no response to my support ticket besides copy/past messages. Im not sure if this helped for a âfasterâ delivery or if they filled up their stock by now.

So how long before Filament availability and shipping returns to normal anyone willing to guess everyone is out or at least a week to ship unless you want to pay out the nose.11 Days still not shipped.
I ordered a printer with bunch of filament on Dec 29th and as of Jan 9th FedEx shows everything as delivered.
I did indeed get everything, except printer itself ⌠opened tickets with BL and no response of any kind ⌠disappointing.
Considering how good the HW/Eng side of the business is the logistics & support need help âŚ

Is there any short in German Storage?? when they can start send X1C printers?? I do not see any update at this moment at Bambu shop pages??
his is getting beyond a joke. It is now 2 months since I ordered and paid for this printer, and you continue to say it will be shipped âin the next 5 daysâ. You still havenât shipped it and you continue to lie to me that you have it under control.
A week after I placed this placed this order, I ordered a Bambu Lab X1C 3D Printer - X1C Pro Engineering Bundle, Bambu Lab P1S 3D Printer, and Bambu Lab P1S 3D Printer - P1S Combo as well as many other filaments and accessories. These printers were delivered within a few weeks and all of the other filaments, accessories and replacement parts were delivered over a month or so.
But for this order which said that the printer was in stock at the time of order, you have made multiple excuses where you blame the courier but not your own stocking, or warehouse.
Iâm going lodge a complaint with our US consumer affairs and also my credit card company for financial fraud if you do not send the ordered A1 printer/AMS bundle and the outstanding filament, or alternatively you could offer and send me a satisfactory replacement model with AMS bundle within the next 2 business days. You are effectively committing fraud by continuing to lie to me that you are shipping the printer.

Some info to share. Ive recently made 6 orders from chinese companies. In preperation for any possible future tariffs. They all do this same stuff. Print a label but not actually ship the stuff for 1-4 weeks and ignore emails until it is actually shipped or they respond with false promises of âshipping soonâ. Ive never in my life had to wait 2 months though.

Iâve been following this thread and wanted to share my experience with Bambulabâs delivery. I ordered a Bambulab A1 on December 29, and the estimated delivery date was set for January 15. To my surprise, I received my printer on January 14 without any issues. The tracking updates were accurate throughout the process, and everything went smoothly.
I live in the Netherlands, and the printer was shipped from Germany via DHL. It seems like delivery experiences vary, but in my case, it was timely and hassle-free. Hopefully, others will see improvements in their orders soon!
Surprise surprise. It seems that the threat of being reported to US consumer affairs and credit card financial fraud spurred them into action. FedEx now tells me that the package has now infact been collected by them and it is now on itâs way to me.
I have been in communication with my bank about this and was just completing the forms for a consumer affairs report so if it arrives by Friday as indicated by FedEx and will stop my actions.
I doubt that has any impact on its movement
At long last, the A1 combo has arrived, completely missed the 2 birthdays and christmas of my daughters. I really hope itâs a worthwhile printer after all this.
P.S. Iâm still waiting on the filament to actually print anything with!
Al in all, this has been an extremely bad taste experience, especially when I had over $4k on other Bambulab printers and parts.
Just overnight some filament from amazon. May aswell learn to not be dependent on bambu filament now⌠Unless the rfid chip is a deal breaker
I live in a very rural part of the UK, I ordered some build plates and filament last week and actually received it same day from Amazon. I ordered a P1P bundle on the 17th and still have not received the printer/ AMS. If I had at least had an update or some kind of contract I would feel better but nothing so far.
Maybe the put NZ under Australia.
