Any information on when you will begin to offer shipping to other countries in Europe?

Bonjour je viens ici car hier j’ai reçu mon lien de paiement à 5h28 heure locale en France. Mais malheureusement ce lien quand j’essaie de valider la commande ne fonctionne pas cela m’écris payement expiré. Alors que nous avons normalement 3 jour pour payé. J’ai essayé plusieurs fois de contacter le support. J’ai également fait un ticket sans succès j’ai déjà acheté 2 AMS et des accessoires. Et j’attends ma machine depuis déjà plus d’un mois. Ils y a t’il quelqu’un qui peut me répondre ou m’aider merci beaucoup.!!!

Yes, Bremen is one. I think Saulheim is a DHL transit station.
But as far as I remember, they also have another warehouse on Germany.

as @Taaskudd mentioned, Saulheim was the first tracking point from DHL for me, yesterday. early christmas incoming

yes Saulheim ist the first Tracking station, it is near Frankfurt and in Frankfurt is the Headquarter from BambuLab EU.

I wanted to play with printer for a month or so before committing to AMS.

Ordered X1Combo 13.10. (from EU shop) and got payment notice on 8.12., shipping confirmation came the same day but printer still has not reached Finland. Usually it takes only 1-2 days from Germany, but maybe this x-mas time takes a toll on delivery times.

EU, X1CC Pre-order November 9th, Invoice December 13th; spreadsheet said Mid-December, so it’s dead accurate. Can’t wait.

I’d really love it if @BambuLab could post a few stats. An updated spreadsheet, projected ship invoice date by deposit date, or even a breakdown of what order numbers they expect to fill by shipment.

I know they’re doing awesome work, I’m just excited!
