Skip objects is here on P Series with newest Firmware!

Although I’m not printing a multi-part print it shows the functionality via Bambu Handy. Thanks Bambu!

Would have loved to try it out on a failed project on Friday, but had no idea this was planned. Pretty excited to have that feature.

Yes, nice functionality.
But only available over handy app, so you have to use the cloud.
Not possible over LAN-only or SDcard print, sadly.
Seems to be too hard to integrate in Bambu Studio?

I think it is a necessary feature. I didn’t have the chance to try if it works as expected yet but I’m glad they implemented it.

According to the changelog notes for the Studio software you can skip objects in multi-colored prints.
V1.7.4 - 1. Support skipping objects in multi-filament(multi-color) printing

What does this do exactly? Does it skip the current object or does it skip the “next” object?

It brings up a window with the build plate and the objects and you select which object(s) to exclude

I have 2 P1P’s, one has the AMS. When looking at the handy app, this feature only shows up on my printer without the AMS. Both have the latest firmware
