Spaghetti after the second layer

I got a Bambu XC1. Just 2 days of use.
The first prints where good, good quality, but all them were small.
I tried to make a drawer about 20cmx20cm and there started the problems.
After the second layer the printer makes spaghetti and it is impossible to print. I have changed the angles in the model, but still the same.
I have tested PLA NX2 from Extrudr and PLA-CF from Bambu. Both the same mistake. I use cool plate and always with glue.
Restarted to factory
Self tested

Nothing helps…

Try increasing your nozzle temp 5*. Looks like under extrusion or partial nozzle plugging.

Are you printing in Standard speed, or have you increased it?

Hi
I have added many degree, last test I have increased the nozzle temp to 220-230.
First layer 230 Others layers 220
Aso added Density to 1.3g/cm3
Cool plate to 40º
I print in standard speed.
The problem still. I have sent the same file to a friend to print and he printed without problems.

What does the model look like in CAD?

and it is the one printed for my friend with the same printer

I dont know if this link to the video will work

Don’t use grid infill, our printers hate it and will rip it apart at high speed. I switched everything to Gyroid, though Rectilinear worked well and was faster, but it is not strong at all.

At the picture 33333 you had a problem in the second layer i would say? But what about picture 222222? He printed the first 100-200 layers and then you had the problem?

Can you share the CAD-File or .3mf?

I used Extrudr NX2 with grid infill a lot and had no problems like this. Most problems i had, was the surface when the infill was “not enough”.

It is a link to the 3mf

Video
The first time I tried to print ,the problem started… i think layer 116.
Now the problem start after second layer

You should enable the option to grand access to all the people who have that link. Would be much easier.

The first things i could see:

  • a radius at the outside of the bottom. When you looked at your sliced model you can see that he prints the outline of the second layer “in the air” (the gap between brim and part at your first layer)

  • i made a calibration for my extrudr nx2 and the results were very bad when i printed with a flow ratio below 1.0 → i use 1.04 at the moment and it runs very well

My lowest temp was 215°C and the highest 240°C and i use it with Coolplate @ 35°C.

Try these settings, maybe this will help.

Additionally you could reduce the part fan a bit, to reduce stresses between bottom and walls.

I will try this and tell you the results. Thanks

No problem, you’re welcome! Hope it works. Later on i can send you the nx2 dataset if you want to.

The problem stay with bambu pla

After the first layer with the Bambu-PLA?

I think this must be layer 3…

Is this CF or the normal one? Which nozzle do you use?
