I noticed when I have Spaghettis problems (my fault) and it is not detected… It’s always Black Filament or a very dark filament. Is this because the camera cannot see the dark filament well?

Yeah, it’s camera based. The black plastic absorbs the light and there’s little contrast between the black plate and the black model. Not something Bambu can fix, it’s just a physics wall.
