Spaghetti on prime tower

One thing to check is your wipe-tower settings. There’s an option that inserts small gaps to catch stray strings (often labeled “Skip points” or similar). Try disabling that option and see whether it changes the stringing behavior.

Its overdue for all of us. Essentially this IS breaking the multicolor aspect of the printer since people (and me) are afraid to risk a long printjob only to see the tower down or worse. It COULD even lead to damaging the machine, it wouldnt be the first time something dislodged from a printbed and lodged itself between bed and gantry in such a way that it causes damage…
BUT the only guy I see shouting for this is @Donoval and when he posted on reddit they took it down in less than 2 hours.
I kinda agree with one of his comments, since H2S release Bambu seem AWKWARDLY silent about updates on H2D specifically, they stopped even posting about fw updates or betas and locked the old threads.
More over there seems to be a big number of people who report this issue and their posts end up deleted or just merged with other of the same title, which ok i get it organization wise, but it does dimish the severity and volume of people affected . Its one thing seeing 300 threads all about the same issue and another seeing a single thread with 300 people discussing…
Personally I rolled back to 1.04. It didnt solve nothing, and I get it even with perfectly calibrated filaments.
Guys BUMP the thread, tag @SupportAssistant . Its time we get answers.

I currently own two identical H2D printers.
Under identical settings, filament, and firmware versions, one of them consistently knocks over the prime tower while the other completes the same print without any issues.

I will soon record video proof showing both machines printing side by side – one succeeding and the other failing. These recordings will clearly demonstrate that this is a hardware-related defect, not a slicing or firmware problem.

I also plan to submit this evidence directly to Bambu Support together with a formal request for replacement under warranty.

Please note that our team has been made aware of this issue.

Once the solution is ready, a firmware update will become available.
