I think Bambu prepares to be integrated into Stratasys or as peer on their level (pro users), and will launch as new prosumer feature a print on demand feature with embeded payment or royalties to the model owner. It will be like a copy machien where you can’t copy bank notes. It won’t be possible to print objects without being charged if there is a IP on the model.
Definetly no consumer likes to own such printer. But who says Bambu produces for consumers. They produce for those who pays the money.
For this the already prepared the license sales in Makerworld and will execute on their printers.
