Still sore I missed the K2 Plus when it was $1000 for 5 minutes on amazon.
I cant believe their P1P clone will be $199. Start a print farm with a few grand
ā¬329,99 EUR in Europe for the same. No additional stuff, just the printer.
iām really debating, i donāt really need another printer, but i still want it⦠just staring at the checkout button
edit/ i pressed the button⦠i will have way too many printers, but it is what it is
Nice that I can use all my Bambu build plates with it.
Now Iāll have to watch the review more carefully so I know what I just impulse purchased.
Now we know that the gross margins on the Bambuās must have been huge.
I think Bambu prepares to be integrated into Stratasys or as peer on their level (pro users), and will launch as new prosumer feature a print on demand feature with embeded payment or royalties to the model owner. It will be like a copy machien where you canāt copy bank notes. It wonāt be possible to print objects without being charged if there is a IP on the model.
Definetly no consumer likes to own such printer. But who says Bambu produces for consumers. They produce for those who pays the money.
For this the already prepared the license sales in Makerworld and will execute on their printers.
doubt it, i donāt think they would want to go the Makerbot route
and yeah an update today:
199 is insane, I would take this over an A1 mini any day.
