If you covered the entire topic, then you are aware of the problem. My intention was to share that info, as possibly being a reason for concern.
If youâre sure your area is still on Bambuâs distribution list (no third-parties), then itâs fine.
Waiting on one box. It got swapped with someone elses package. I received a pony saddle instead of a box of electronics. Emailed RatRig and they are handling it for me. They responded almost immediately between every email and had a great sense of humor. A very human interaction.
Cool, are you getting it straight from them or through a reseller?
I am glad someone here is getting it, as it means Iâll know who ping with questions if I decide to go this route as well
200 or 10k doesnât matter. 10k is less than 1% of the printers they sold, thatâs within every companyâs acceptable margin. And of course, folks never jump on a complaint bandwagon, so every social media post is totally legit. Iâm positive that no one blew the black tape thing out of proportion trying to get free filament replacements. That last bit was sarcastic just in case you missed it.
My point is that even though the complaints seem huge, largely due to social media, they are a minor compared to the size of the operation. Just trying to illustrate how small your complaints are even though you believe itâs a big deal. Perhaps a better way to say it is thatâs itâs about perspective. When a fish Swims around its bowl, that bowl is all it knows and thatâs a big world to him. What it doesnât know is that itâs a part of a much bigger world that itâs bowl lives in, so it turns out that its problems arenât that big in the great scheme of things. You are the fish in case you missed it.
BTW, nice job supporting your argument after the fact.
There was really something going on, sorry for the late reply. Thanks for the update to the first question.
Because of the second:
Of course - itâs in the direction of were a normal market growths. So in the first place you come across, the ânew userâ is usually the biggest growth market in âBâ to âCâ, "b"usiness to "p"rivate customer. B to C are normaly mass and PR-oriented, but this is likely to change and semi-pro probably has a higher private share on 3D Printers than normal.
The only problem is that semi-pros knew the stuff better than those who sold it because the usefulness was correspondingly lower before the X1C.
But thatâs all just speculation. In general, the 1500 USD were the big exception for me as there was a lot of development, curiosity and a lead over others. 800 USD is ok for me, otherwise Iâll wait or take it to a professional who will then fully utilize the machine.
You mean that thing in the background with the sheet over it? If thatâs it, about all I can infer is that itâs very tall in the z-axis and very likely has an AMS like device sitting on top of it. Usually itâs the delta style printers that are tall in that way. Regardless, I think most of us were hoping for much wider x and y, at a minimum, which it doesnât appear to have much of.
It would also be consistent with that printer that prints both up and down simultaneously, each with its own printhead, that I posted about earlier above, but which nobody here seemed to like.
