Hello,
as mentioned in the manual here:
I lubricated the idler when after a few hours of printing some noises appeared.
It changed nothing, so i followed the re tensioning process of thos video:
This worked for me, but it reappeared now twice.
Has anyone here found a better solution?
The first week no squeaking idler, then the next week a little here and there. I didn’t do anything it just went away and never came back. I got my printer early October.

It is always coming back at my printer and from now on belt tensioning isnt working anymore…
I have the same problem. The noise occurs with some positions of the lower belt (x-belt?). The belt seems to be moving just very slightly up and down on the pulley. If it is all the way up, the noise appears. Strangely this just happens mostly in a diagonal motion from the back right corner towards the front left corner where the display is. Here the upper belt practically doesn’t move at all. Belt tensioning did work for me just for one print, then the noise returned. Is there a way to center the belt on the pulley? Imho it needs to run just a little bit more away from the upper rim.
I’m having the same problem I just bought some 26 gage applicator tips for a syringe and got some starrett oil and lubricated every pulley wheel crack top and bottom. The 26 gage tip fits the cracks to get to the center of the wheels axle. this helped now the belt cat go wherever it wants. If this happens to me again I’ll let you know.
