I submitted my request last weekend for the adjustment price for an AMS i had bought right before the sale started. Others are saying they got their price adjustment email the day after they submitted, but i have not gotten anything yet, and in the terms, it says it will be within 5 business days. Today is the 5th day. I tried re-submitting thinking maybe i did it wrong, but it gave an error saying i cannot submit it twice. Anyone have any ideas?
They’ll rely on their T&Cs and will either accept your claim or reject it. In any case, you’ll have no choice but to wait until they get back to you. Hope you’ll get your price readjusted…
I created a ticket for mine as my somewhat unique experience of an AMS delivery meant I couldn’t use the form.
I created the ticket on the 19th (Saturday), answering questions over the couple of days, on the 22nd (Tuesday early morning) I was told I qualify and should wait 4 working days, that ends today.
I have no idea why it requires 4 working days after being manually approved, it seems as easy as press a button enter a value and confirm.
I still await mine.
Maybe they are looking for another way to make sure you do not qualify for the fee reusable spools (assuming they run out before you get the gift card). I still await any response to my ticket about the missing 5 free reusable spools from my delivery.
I would be much happier to have less sales if they responded to and acted on tickets within 24 hours.
They responded as if I should have known they free reusable spools would be sent in a separate shipment using an entirely different delivery company despite providing no information about any of this and only adding the automatically added spools to new purchases a couple of days after the sale started and the offer began.
