Stringy underside print issue

Hi everyone! We keep getting stringy undersides to our prints (shown in attached images)
we have cleaned the print bed/tried both 0.2 and 0.4 nozzles.
filament (sunlu PLA)
Slice settings attached.
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

You need to enable support. Printing over “air” is only possible when you bridge between already fixed points. In your case the outer edge is also floating and thus there is nothing to “bridge” to.

I think the outer edge is on the bed as well but it’s just too thin to reasonably bridge to. Have a look in your slicer layer by layer and assess if the layer lines actually build on something and change the model accordingly to enable bridging or add supports indeed

Edit:
I also see a lot of air-printing on the inside of the hole, just use supports and hope for the best?

It comes across like painted supports , although support isnt enabled it appears it will continue to print where the paint is marked ( interface ? ) , remove the paint and use auto supports if this is the case
