I’m getting the same since yesterday.
Tried everything but the first layer is always terrible and ends in a failed print.

This is where it helps to have spare parts: you can quickly replace to pinpoint or eliminate causes. A complete hot end, an extruder unit and bowden tubes should cost less than $100 and fix 99% of problems. Then most likely the replaced unit can be repaired with a cheap part and be put back into the spare inventory.
Did you happen to update your firmware right before this happend? I have two X1Cs and I stupidly upgraded firmware on both and now my first layer is garbage on both printers. I am currently downgrading the firmware to see if it resolves the problem.
Usually, restoring factory settings will correct strange printer behavior caused by a firmware update. (Settings > General > Restore Factory Settings). I’ve made a reset a standard part of my update procedure, just to avoid potential problems, and every firmware version I’ve used has worked as expected.
Yes, a reset will erase all your filament calibrations made with Studio and accessed on the Device page. That’s why my calibration results are stored in OrcaSlicer filament presets, where I know they will not be lost.
I’m actually just upgrading to the newest firmware now in the hopes it fixes it haha.
I’m not holding my breath…
I am using x1c combo and i am trying to print multiple multicolor items with it. But the print quality is extremely bad and generally it fails to print. Here the pictures of my prints that i tried.
I am using Esun pla+
Bambustudio (I have changed; nozzle temp to 210 regarding to temp towers (In default it was not printing too), first&top layer print speed to 50mm/s, other layers to 100mm/s, infill type to gyroid, first layer bed temp to 60)
PEI textured plate, i am even applying glue
Here are the pictures of my prints, most of the prints at the same plate failed and i skipped them
I can not upload the pics, because my camera does not allow less than 12megapixels But they are all ruined print outs. I have tried complex prints, simple prints but they are all very bad
