Bambu Support responded and by slowing down the print speed in the Support Filament solved the problems. But after I used up my support filament I now only use PLA as support for PETG and vice versa and it works great. You just need to select the Support Filament for the Interface Filament to get it change the settings and then change it to the actual interface filament.
