Temperature issue

Hi, I recently had a problem with filament clogging the nozzle. After cleaning everything, the temperature stopped rising, and a cable on the hot end heating assembly was broken. I ordered a new part, which arrived yesterday. I installed it. After making three prints, I encountered a problem. Basically, once the filament reaches a certain temperature, the sensor detects overheating, which isn’t actually there, but the temperature drops and the print stops. I don’t know how to attach the video. Thanks

I managed to upload the video to drive

Can anyone give me a hand?

Something is wrong with the printer. Not trying to be a smart a** here but temperature is at the core of making stuff with 3d printers melting plastic. I do not have a P2S but if the printer won’t control temperature, something is broken.

If you just got the printer. PUT IN A SUPPORT TICKET!!!
People will help you troubleshoot the problem but these printers do have an infant mortality problem where they won’t work out of the box and the ticket starts the timer on warranty coverage.
The P1S I print with now is a replacement (under warranty) after the first one had problems right from the start.
