This right here is the BIG question on everyone’s mind. It would absolutely be ideal to know if a new refresh or flagship is coming prior to dropping $600+ on a printer.

I guess BL is clearing the house in preparation for their long overdue next gen printer…if it’s indeed a next generation flagship printer and not just a “Creality-style” reiteration (i.e. X2, P2, or A2)…

Yeah, especially since I’ve been wanting an X1C+AMS for a while now, so ~1300$. Without any idea of what the new flagship brings I’d rather just not order until an announcement. There’ll be other deals for Black Friday and such.

X1C remains their flagship, at least for a little while, though if no improvements are brought to it soon, it will eventually but surely begin to lose market value and its current price will inevitably begin to drop, as the competition starts picking up pace and, either copying BL, or launch novel printers, the trend will eventually force BL to come up with something new or lose not just its market position but also lose quite a bit of its current customers. So, in some respects, BL must come out with something novel and much better than the X1C , or bring significant improvements to the it, or will begin going down faster than they’ve raised.

Hello good! I bought a P1S that arrived 3 days ago, I have seen that they offer a gift card with the difference to those of us who bought it recently, but on the website to request the card it tells me that my account ID does not match the one on the order After the printer arrived, in the Bambu Handy app I changed the default name “user_xxxxx” to Tyco nick and I think that’s the problem, and now I can’t find anywhere what my previous name was to change it, like could you solve it? Thanks for the help and your time!

This is excellent news. I’ve had a cart full of filament and parts just waiting for the 3d effects bed to come back in stock. Looks like I’ll be pulling the trigger on that order Wednesday morning regardless of the 3d effects availability. :+1:

I could have told you there was a sale due.

After all, I bought a printer, two AMS units and an AMS hub a couple of weeks ago, plus a dozen filaments this weekend.

Nothing says “Sale imminent”, like me putting down money.

Howcome the AMS unit isn’t on special? Its horribly overpriced, I can by a Mini for less. I’d have thought it’d be a great way to incentivise people to use more filament.

I didn’t even receive my printer yet but my request went through so the form is working okay for me.
Now I get my printer this Friday and have the coupon for buying filament during the sale :slight_smile:

Mine qualifies as it was not delivered until the 23rd May, but, the form isn’t letting me process it.

The shipment was delayed as they hadn’t got any stock.

I still haven’t hit 14 days, I’m at 12 days!

A chat with support then, that will be fun as it worked so well for me before.

I can verify I reached out to support via [general ticket - chat] and they kindly compensated at least 1/3 A1 Mini orders haha. Sadly missed the cutoff on [1] A1 Mini order by receiving it [May 17th] but luckily received [1] on May 20th which is the cutoff.

So I have 1 $40 card and a $50 coming which will go towards whatever I can snag before it’s gone.

Definitely reach out via chat support because I’ve handled many tickets promptly that way since I work overnight and that’s when they’re active.
