I bought a P1S and AMS last night and now they announce a sale. I have asked if i will get the sale price honoured. Order has been accepted, but has not shipped
I was double checking the numbers completely missed than little detail.

If you check the link posted above in the terms and conditions of the sale Bambu will honor a rebate of the price difference of printers purchased 14 days before the sale starts. Make sure that you change the store location to the one that you purchased from.

We have all been there.
I had to do a double-take when I first read it.
Bambu made a tweet showing many screenshots of people asking for a sale on the AMS. The tweet said, “roger that”, so it looks like they might put it in sale.

@SimEyeSee That’d be awesome if they do, I really think its overpriced for a start. I bought a Mini complete instead of another AMS recently as it was a better bang for my buck. I was disappointed to see no discount and even pushed the support chat for it, they said it’d be passed on to the team, looks like enough people may have asked. I’m sick of doing mental gymnastics and juggling spools midprint to get more than 5 colours.

Plus I just received an email noting more discount if you purchase more than 1.
The more AMS you buy, the better the deal. Get an extra 7% off on top of the $50 price cut when you purchase more than one unit.
Discounts apply when you order 2 or more AMS units in the same order (excluding AMS Lite).

Nevermind, my fault, it’s for 4 refill spool, i only had one.

@BambuLab I received my 2nd AMS on the 25th of May.
Why can’t I get the £50 refund for the difference in purchase and sale price like I did for my P1S combo?
It is clearly within 14 days of when I received it.
I tried using the same for I used for the P1S, but, it accuses me of submitting “duplicate insurance claims”.
Can you help me get this fixed please?
