When downloading the new update of the Bambu Lab studio on my Mac I get an error and the application does not open.
Does anyone know what it is for?

Same here. After the update, the app crashes when I open it. Hoping for a response / solution soon.

Yes, @ lkraus , that is the release that crashes after loading. I’ve downloaded from that link, opened, and the app closes on launch.

I am on Windows 11 and I have the same issue. Beta does not crash.
Same on Intel based Mac - It’s the Network plug in - go to ‘~/Library/Application Support/BambuStudio/plugins’ and remove the files, then when starting BambuStudio cancel the download of the Network Plugin, and the application loads. After the BambuStudio loads, you can download the Network Plugin from the home screen - this then will connect to the BambuStudio Cloud servers.
I couldn’t get it to load with the backup of the files, btw.

Same here, the newly released version 1.9.1.66 tried to open then crashed. I have tried restarting my macbook laptop, turning it off, redownloading Bambu Studio.
Is there a place to download the old version while waiting for this issue to resolve? I didn’t keep the old version, probably should have

I just installed the new standard release on my macbook and it ran perfectly. I saw in a fb group that deleting the package contents/app in the Application folder and reinstalling works. I was running both the beta and standard version and deleted as above beforehand and had no issues. As with anything YMMV

Cancelling network and downloading later from screen would not work. I did get it to run, but it would never connect to network.
I ran the Beta- seems to work fine (although I had to re-setup stuff).
Hopefully they will have a new version soon.
Having the same problem on my mac. Ended up deleting studio and trying to reinstall but it did not fix the issue.
This fixes it:
I dont have Aplication in Library. Please fix this issue asap its urgent
