The sense of 0.8 nozzle on bambu lab 1 mini

Does somebody understand the 0.8 nozzle sense on A1 mini? It turn down the moving speed on this nozzle size and finally the print time still the same (or even longer then 0.4 draft…). May be default speed settings for 0.8 nozzle too conservative because hotend looks long and pretty productive.

What do you mean by

It didn’t make a while lot of sense.

I think he means “what’s the point of a 0,8mm nozzle?”.
You’d think you can print faster with this nozzle, but in fact, the speed is dialed down because the printer can only put out a certain max flow of melted filament.

Yeah, well you can’t beat the laws of physics

For me, the 0.8 nozzle isn’t for speed - it’s for vase-mode prints.
