The wait ends on March 25! šŸš€

not about colours, i don’t do multicolour prints (well i might start doing 2 colour prints  ), it’s about having readily available filament options, and given there is more space, it would be great to have 6 rolls in one AMS (then i wouldn’t need to have 8 in two AMS)

To me, it looks like just the print head in the photo. So, it could still be like the other photos.

They want you to get the AMS HT to fill up the empty space! I bet one AMS and one AMS HT fit perfectly together on top.

Does anyone know what the price might be for the AMS 2 and 2 Pro?

They still haven’t showed the ā€œcuttingā€ tool. Could be the blade attachment.

Heating decreases RH, drying removes moisture

If there even is going to be a 2 non pro

That’s true, and might be an interesting setup, especially if that HT one can feed TPU

We’ve only found info about AMS 2 Pro and AMS HT. Both can be found here:

I don’t think so. I think this will be similar to ehat DJI does with their mini drones. They call the new model ā€œPROā€ even though they don’t have a non pro version.

Just my guess but many ā€œcomplaintsā€ about most dryers is they heat the filament but don’t effectively evacuate the humidity. Like the ones where you can see condensation in the heater.

Has anyone else seen that on the home page for the forum, there is a blurred out picture of the h2d with an ams on top? (Its the picture for the tag ā€œBambu Lab H2Dā€)

if you heat enough… the humidity will go away. ive done a better way so far, what i am doing is taking a freezer then i have a timmer that turns off the freezer every 24h and the defrost goes in a pan wich goes out of the box :stuck_out_tongue: so far its the most effective way. Heating decreases RH but you have to understand the dew point to make it benificial

what happens is that the more you heat up the filament the more you break it overtime… think about the styrene in there  it kind of shatters if you look at it with a microscope

Nobody curious that there is only one filament outlet port on the AMS ?
What is your guess … you need another AMS for the second nozzle or use the external spool for it?

If the price is in that scale, they will do until it looks cheap the prusa XL

I always assumed it would only have 1. More accessories = more $ ~Apple

The next version will just have a ptfe dongle you have to buy. lol jk

This one printer will probably double the amount of items in the bambu store

Why though? We already have a real image of it, this is just a render which we have also seen before.
