it does look like it… but i think its the laser toolhead ![]()
New image when you google H2D
I can’t seem to share images else I’d post it.
All the leaks have been lies! Great find
only 4 rolls is a bit disappointing, i was expecting it to be 6 given that there is more real estate on top of the printer now
Based on the patent I expected an intake, fan, and heating element on both sides, but this looks like only one side?
no idea what they mean when they say heating is not drying … did they add something to dry ? do they have a vaccum in there ?? like whats is it doing in reality ??
According to the FAQ for the AMS 2 Pro there is automated venting and it can close the port to make itself airtight.
EDIT: Maybe the fan is reversible, and can push out the humid air before closing?

Or they could just shut the vent entirely ![]()
Where did this come from!?
EDIT: You were talking about the picture, not the FAQ, got my threads mixed up, oops.
It’s from:

The bambu website just search ‘Bambu labs H2D’ and click on the link

What if it is a solid state dehumidifier?
Oh wow, I got my dates mixed up. I thought that one wasn’t scheduled to unblur until tomorrow.
Backwards compatibility maybe?
What, 25 colors isn’t enough? ![]()
Probably not, it would be compatible with the X/P series if it had 4 or 6. The main thing is how many outputs it has.
I’d guess the price and the lack of necessity.
not about colours, i don’t do multicolour prints (well i might start doing 2 colour prints
), it’s about having readily available filament options, and given there is more space, it would be great to have 6 rolls in one AMS (then i wouldn’t need to have 8 in two AMS)
