I am curious how this is going to work in practice. Depending on the price and specifically the difficulty (which I am most worried about) I might upgrade one on my 2 h2d’s.
I am not surprised about the timing of the announcement though. I believe Snapmaker forced their hand. I hope that doesnt mean they rush this out.
I am also wondering if this will give the possibility to change nozzle sizes. That would be an insta-buy for me.
I found some interesting stuff in Bambu Studio. Looking at these setting I think they might be working on a proper tool/extruder changer as these settings are not exposed for H2D. Although they might be for H2C and by “extruder” they mean nozzle.

Just a guess as these features are not documented anywhere.
